  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment details processed through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Messages, files, and content you share through our chat feature, support requests, and correspondence with us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, time and date of access, and referring URLs.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and screen resolution.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics. See Section 6 for details.
